Directive 2006/42/CE: safety is now mandatory.
With the machinery directive updated to 2009, all the production plants are in the necessity to brought up to safety code all the machines.
These safety measures are mandatory independently of the bought or construction time, productive sector or firm dimension.
Safety measures allow to:

to create an improvement to the productive conditions: often unsafe conditions do not allow to operate promptly.
